Description:

Corporate Resourcing Specialist (Africa) - Johannesburg - Corporate In-house - R 480,000.00

The Role:
A permanent position is available to join a leading SA Corporate business in their Resourcing Department, in the role of Resourcing Specialist for their African operations.

The position will be focused on servicing existing in-house recruitment needs, focusing on the mid-management (R500k) positions within the Finance and IT space predominantly throughout Africa.

The position will be to work exclusively on filling existing requirements. The position will require the full resourcing function, through to the successful onboarding of candidates.

The Benefits:
A basic salary of up to R40k p/m is available, depending on experience.

The Candidate:
The successful candidate will be an experienced recruitment consultant with  at least 3-5 years recruitment experience, working a full 360 function desk.

Experience in a Corporate Resourcing Department will be advantageous, although not an absolute prerequisite.

Experience in either Finance and/or IT preferable. This is an AA position and preference will be given to relevant candidates.
